Zoho Inventory syncronize and stock management with wordpress Woocommerce

Using Inventory Sync ZOHO plugin you can manage inventory into zoho Inventory module. Just install this plugin and configure as per instrauction below and your eCommerce website sync with ZOHO inventory products. realtime stock update as well as realtime outof stock update and using this plugn auto create simple woocommerce product when you create new product in ZOHO Inventory.

As you can see there is three setting you required to set here and all three setting you must need to understand from where you get it.  So let me describe you all options one by one .

Organization id:

First option is organization id of you ZOHO. that you will get when you follow below link

Token:

And then is most important value is Token  this is we need to for update stock in ZOHO when you eCommerce order receive in Woocommerce. user below link to get token and set that token into this input field.

Zoho hook authorization:

Now third Zoho hook authorization value is used for Security purpose. We are authonticating each request with your ZOHO webhook automation.

ZOHO Mail:

And last one is ZOHO Mail  that is none required field and this is used for token idendity.

So after set above parameters you must need to set webhook in zoho. and on webhook you need to put below URL and for this first you need to understand what is webhook and why we need that so let me describe you about webhook.  Webhook is a used for Automation and you using that you can track realtime operation performing in ZOHO like when you update inventory item at time you can perform operation using webhook,  in webhook you set custom zoho function or URL where you want to perform action as well as you can pass custom header or paramerets in webhook. and if you not understand that and no need to worries we will setup that for you.

Now you need to set some urls into ZOHO inventory Automation webhook.

For add product webhook :

You need to select automation type and action when you want to perform action eg. below

< Your website >/wp-json/zoho/process-add

For the update record you must need to set below URL in webhook event edited

< Your website >/wp-json/zoho/process-update

For the delte record you must need to set below URL in webhook event deleted

< Your website >/wp-json/zoho/process-delete

So after then you must need to set that wook_auth parameter in AUTHORIZATION and that will same as your wordpress configuration settings.
